Cocopah's Policies & Shipping

Minimum Order

There is a $20 minimum order not including shipping.

Ordering from Cocopah

All orders are placed through a secure server to protect your private information.

You can place your order online or you can call our office at 928.282.6404 to place your order. If no answer, you may call the store at 928.282.4928. The store is open 7 days a week and very busy. If necessary, we may have to take your number and call back.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped United States Post Office priority mail. Most orders are shipped within a week (usually within 2 days) after we receive the order. For an additional $19.50 charge, rush delivery is available for most items. If rush delivery is not available on your order, we will email you and let you know.

Shipping on all International Orders

International shipments will be charged for Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International, whichever is most economical. Any duty charges are paid by the customer.

The personal information you furnish is very important to us. Information provided to Cocopah and the Bead of the Month Club will be kept confidential. We will never sell, rent or lease your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. To stop receiving our periodic e-mail messages describing updates, new products, or promotional offers, send a reply stating your request.

Retail Returns

Exchanges and returns must be made within 2 weeks of the customer's receipt of an item. Notification of an impending return must be made by email cocopah@kachina.net or phone (928) 282-6404. Customer pays return shipping. If it is our mistake - shipping is on us!

Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders (quantity orders that receive a discount) that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of the customer's receipt of merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. If we made a mistake, the 15% restocking and shipping fees may be waived at our discretion.
