There is a $20 minimum order not including shipping.

Shipping on all International Orders:

International shipments will be charged for Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International, whichever is most economical. Any duty charges are paid by the customer.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped United States Post Office priority mail. Most orders are shipped within a week (usually within 2 days) after we receive the order. For an additional $19.50 charge, rush delivery is available for most items. If rush delivery is not available on your order, we will email you and let you know.

Privacy Policy:

Information provided to Cocopah and the Bead of the Month Club will be kept confidential and will never be released to any outside source.

All orders are placed through a secure server to protect your private information.

You can place your order online or you can call our office at (928) 282-6404 to place your order. If no answer, you may call the store at (928) 282-4928. The store is open 7 days a week and very busy. If necessary, we may have to take your number and call back.

Retail Returns:

Exchanges and returns must be made within 2 weeks of the customer's receipt of an item. Notification of an impending return must be made by email cocopah@kachina.net or phone (928) 282-6404. Customer pays return shipping. If it is our mistake - shipping is on us!

Wholesale Returns:

Wholesale orders (quantity orders that receive a discount) that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of the customer's receipt of merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. If we made a mistake, the 15% restocking and shipping fees may be waived at our discretion.
