The focal is an approximately 30mm Southwest hand-made Raku heart that comes attached with 4mm and 6mm Carnelian and 2mm Labradorite to a sterling silver pin. String it with 4mm Carnelian and accents of 6-7mm Raku, 8mm Carnelian and 2mm Labradorite to make a 21-1/2" necklace.
