Sleeping Beauty Necklace

Brilliant blue nuggets of natural color and unstabilized Sleeping Beauty Turquoise create this heirloom treasure, a celebration of the best of the traditions of the Southwest. The beads graduate from 18mm to 13mm and finish with five Navajo Indian hand-made sterling silver beads on each side and a sterling silver clasp. It is 20 1/2" in length. These beads are from our collection of gem quality Sleeping Beauty that we acquired shortly before the closing of the mine in 2012. Sleeping Beauty Turquoise is rising 30% in price each year as the supply dwindles and fades into history. This necklace is an investment in the lore and culture of the Southwest, in addition to being a lovely piece of jewelry.
